Irish comedian Tommy Tiernan returns to Belgium in March 2020

Irish comedian Tommy Tiernan is playing Antwerp and Brussels in March 2020. He is touring his new show 'Tomfoolery'. Tommy Tiernan has just turned 50, but his on stage energy is still absolutely kicking. In fact, he seems more full of fire and mischief now than he ever was. He wonders aloud about God, sex and family in a way that seems equally sacred and profane at the same time. His stories and ideas are as full of drama as they are of wit and fun.

Seeing Tiernan live on stage is a rare treat. His exhilarating mix of the highly personal and flamboyant storytelling that audiences have come to love never let down. Renowned for his no holds barred approach to the art of stand-up, this promises to be a delightful trip through the mouth and mind of one of the worlds most respected comic performers.

'Legend' is a word not to be used lightly, but Tommy Tiernan entirely fits the bill. The Ireland native has been performing since 1992. In his career of over 25 years, he has won numerous awards, among which the 1996 Channel Four "So You Think You're Funny"-award, and numerous prizes at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival, one of the most prestigious comedy festivals worldwide. Aside from performing to sold out places in many countries, he is also hosting his own critically acclaimed chat show on Ireland's RTE 1 and stars in sitcom Derry Girls.
